Mobilised and mentored two concurrent teams; a BAU team tasked with designing features from the product backlog and another team aimed at discovering, validating and designing experiences for future releases (particularly in complying with and making use of Open Banking and PSD2 changes).

Designed the comprehensive twelve-month roadmap, documenting all activities and dependencies from Google and IBM.
Shaped the successful strategy proposal for launching the device in China by identifying user insights and discovering suitable regional service partners to replace those blocked by the Great Firewall of China to reach feature parity.
Coordinated the delivery of two Nike mobile apps - Nike+ Training Club and Nike+.
Supervised a 30-person multidisciplinary team, split between London and Portland, with frictionless Kanban task management.

Delivery of a range of cross-platform websites for Toyota Cars, as well as concept development and requirements gathering for various projects, which unfortunately didn't progress into development. Also served as pitch coordinator for the successful win of the Huawei Western Europe account.

Projects included a voice-controlled website and a game which allowed users to throw a frisbee on their mobile and see a cat automatically catch it on a desktop computer. Both projects presented big technical and delivery challenges but were launched to the satisfaction of the client.
